Nem Ga: is it worth ordering a hearty snack
The traditional Vietnamese Chicken Nem is the prototype of our crepe with filling. Only instead of dough there are thin, delicate rice paper, variable filling of vegetables, bean sprouts, tree mushrooms, herbs and glass noodles.
All flavors in one snack
In Kiev, Nem Ga is offered by our restaurant to order according to an authentic recipe. The chefs have created their own unique recipe of the dish, which takes into account both the traditions of Vietnam and the preferences of the domestic gastro-culture:
- combines delicate textures of rice leaves, noodles and refreshing fresh bean sprouts, greens (onions), carrots. The juiciness of meat filling, mushrooms is also connected here, an egg is added;
- the appetizer is deep-fried to a firm crispy crust;
- rice paper does not absorb excess fat and does not "release" juices from the inside of the roll.
Nam Ga crepes with Chicken are great for exploring Vietnamese traditions. This dish is among the top must-haves to immerse yourself in the local culture of culinary preferences. The appetizer is quite simple, does not demonstrate complex compositions and all kinds of processing techniques for ingredients, but it is able to saturate, refresh, be a good addition to beer, a snack for lunch, etc.
