Beef Noodles: Traditional taste with Asian Flair

You yourself are the designer of your dish
Our chefs gave each client the opportunity to independently choose the recipe for a hearty and tasty dish. You can order beef noodles with a standard set of additions - mushrooms (including tree mushroom), broccoli, bean sprouts, carrots, onions and green onions, vary the side dish:
- rice noodles. From rice flour, after cooking it is white, almost indistinguishable from spaghetti. It perfectly sets off the taste of meat and vegetables;
- glass noodles (funchose). Made from mung bean starch, after cooking it becomes translucent, wonderfully absorbs the aromas and flavors of ingredients adjacent to the plate;
- homemade noodles. The choice of those who are not afraid of calories and gluten.
Beef noodles and sauce in our NEM restaurant are prepared immediately before serving (after your order). No preparations for future use, only fresh dishes, hot and hearty - our credo.
